PAI offers a wide variety of paper discs for industrial applications. From wood and metalworking, to plastic, fiberglass, painted or lacquered surfaces, these products can offer you the best in durability, flexibility, and overall finish. These discs are available in plain, PSA, and Pro Sand (Hook and loop).

ALO Resin Paper - SRB

Durable aluminum oxide grain (open coat) with special zinc stearated coating on D and C weight latex backing. (Grit range: 60 - 500 grit)

Cool cutting discs that resist loading on wood, paint, primers, metal, and fiberglass.

HAR-Blue - A brand new "C" weight paper for disc sanding.

A uniform semi-open coat process allows for excellent,"consistent sanding" The new stearate coating reduces loading which results in long life. Again, the durable aluminum oxide grain provides a consistent, long lasting cut. This new product is available with a PSA or ProSand (Hook and Loop) backing. The available grit range is 80-400.

SIC Waterproof Paper - WS

Sharp silicon carbide grain on latex waterproof C weight latex backing. (Grit range: 60 - 2000 grit)

Achieves the best finish on wet applications.

ALO Resin Paper - 530E

Aluminum oxide grain (open coat) on heavy E weight backing. (Grit range: 80 - 220 grit)

Provides extra durability with a consistent finish for wood, paint and rust stripping, as well as blending welds.

Disc Back Up Pads
