Disc Products - Pro-Line Quick-Change
   

Pro-Line Quick-Change Discs are excellent products for grinding, blending and polishing smaller areas on a wide variety of materials. PAI now offers a complete line of products (including our new CY-RE Ceramic) for all Quick-Change applications. These products provide a fast and easy disc change for increased productivity.

 

 

Pro-Line Quick Change discs are avaliable in each of the following fastening systems:

  • Type “S” for Screw on (Interchangeable with Norton ”Speed-Lok” and Standard “Quick-Change”)
  • Type “R” for Roll on (Interchangeable with 3M ”Roloc®”)
  • Type ”P” for Press on (Interchangeable with Merit ”Power-Lock®”)
   

Premium ALO

Premium aluminum oxide with heavy cloth construction for general purpose grinding, deburring, and blending on Metal applications.
   

Zirconium - Grinding Aid

Zirconium with special grinding aid for cool, rapid stock removal on high-temperature alloys, titanium, and stainless steel.
   

Ceramic CY-RE - Grinding Aid

High performance ceramic with special grinding aid on heavy Y-wt. backing for the toughest stock removal jobs on carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys.
   

Quick-Change Disc Pads

These rubber back-up pads are available with a 1/4” shank, and also come in varying diameters and hardnesses.
