Disc Products - Resin Fibre

PAI offers a complete line of Gelva fibre discs that range from three durable aluminum oxide products, to a very long lasting and aggressive cutting zirconia, to our premium performance ceramic. These discs can handle a variety of applications such as weld blending and grinding, heavy metal and burr removal, as well as light finishing and deburring. These discs are offered in Quick-Change (5/8-11) upon request. Also available is our unique, ultra aggressive Rapid Cut fibre discs, as well as fibre disc back up pads for all of your grinding needs.

ALO and A/Z Resin Fibre Discs

PAI-A - Premium aluminum oxide fibre discs. Excellent for general-purpose metal working applications such as blending and cleaning up welds.

PAI-2 - Premium zirconia fibre discs. Superior product for rough, heavy grinding and blending with extreme cut and life.

PAI-AG - Aluminum oxide fibre discs with grinding aid. Excellent product for grinding and finishing of stainless steel. Grinding aid allows rapid, cool cut with extended life.

Ceramic Resin Fibre Discs

PAI-C - Ceramic resin fibre discs. Outstanding product for stainless steel, steel, aluminum and alloys. A very cool cut, combined with outstanding life makes this one of the best products on the market today.

Resin Fibre Disc Back Up Pads
