Our CY-RE product is made to handle a wide variety of metalworking applications such as Steel, Stainless, Titanium, and Aluminum. The special Closed Coat system allows for more pressure per grain tip, which optimizes proper wear and breakdown. CY-RE is also equipped with an Anti-weld agent, which runs cool while providing very high stock removal and extreme life on the toughest applications. |
This versatile product has all the features of CY-RE, but without the Anti-Weld agent. This allows us to bring all the benefits of Ceramic to the woodworking industry, as well as metal. CY-RR works as good on wide belt and edge sanding applications for wood, as it does on tough metal fabricating and foundry operations. |
Providing Ceramic grain on a very flexible backing brings many advantages for sanding contours and profiles. CF-RE uniquely combines this softness along with a durable, sharp cut, for these special applications. (PAI also offers a Scalloped-Edge option for even more flexibility when working in contoured spaces.) The Anti-weld agent helps in resisting heat buildup and loading, while providing a sharp finish. CF-RE is available in both belt and disc forms for both Metal and Wood applications. |
Generate faster results by blending, cleaning, or deburring with these special ceramic belts and discs. SC-HD provides for more aggressive cut and faster removal than traditional Surface Conditioning products. Also, a stiffer backing allows for more pressure and speed if necessary. This tough, extra aggressive material provides for extreme life and fast cut. In disc form, use on a High-Grip hook and loop back-up pad or try our SLD (laminated fiber backing for use on a right angle grinder for even more speed and cut.). |
