Unitized wheels can be shaped or profiled for the finishing and duburring of precision parts and are perfect for those difficult to reach areas.  These wheels have been designed to be used in manufacturing and maintenance operations where an effective and efficient method of deburring, polishing, finishing and cleaning is required. These wheels produce a consistent uniform finish on hard metals such as titanium without smearing.

Available in the following Types:

  • XL - Deburring and Finishing
  • BP  - Blend and Polish
  • GP  - General Purpose
  • TS  - Titanium and Stainless
   

XL Unitized Wheels

This product is used for a wide variety of applications such as deburring, finishing and edge breaking.  XL wheels are offered in the widest range of grits, densities and sizes.
   

BP Unitized Wheels

The best choice, if wheel life and durability are the key considerations.  This wheel is fast cutting, and is excellent for the blending of metal or alloy surfaces without removing excess material.  Works very effectively on stainless steel and other precision parts such as turbine blades.
   

GP Unitized Wheels  

For all general blending, finishing and polishing.  Made to be more conformable and slower cutting than either BP or XL wheels.
   

TS Unitized Wheels

Wheels designed specifically for blending and finishing of titanium and stainless steel parts, including turbine blades and other aerospace alloys.  Formulated to maintain radii and work in tight tolerance areas without undercutting or smearing.
